1. Personalised growth plan

A clear plan tailored to your specific situation, pace, and stage of growth — not a one-size template. We start with where you actually are: studying, working, between things, building something on your own. From there we map out the next steps that match your energy and your goals, with monthly check-ins to keep the plan honest as you evolve.

2. Dedicated one-on-one mentor

Every member is matched with a mentor based on background, current challenge, and what kind of guidance fits you. Mentors are people with lived experience — entrepreneurs, athletes who transitioned, people who took unconventional paths and came out clearer on the other side. They ask the right questions at the right time. They don't lecture.

3. Group of peers

Growth alongside peers who are on a similar journey — different industries, different countries, the same kind of questions. The peer group is structured so you challenge each other, reflect together, and gain perspectives you wouldn't get on your own. It's the antidote to feeling alone in your ambition.

What it's not

It's not a career coaching service or a recruitment agency. It's not a get-rich-quick course. It's not therapy. It's mentorship — practical, honest, person-to-person — for the years when most of life's biggest decisions get made.

Launch and pricing

Paid programs launch 1 July 2026. Members of the free WhatsApp community are notified first and get priority access. Pricing is finalised closer to launch and will be communicated transparently — no hidden fees, no upsells.
