Frequently asked questions
Everything you might want to know about FreeMindZ — mentorship, community, the program, the founder, and how applying works.
Who is FreeMindZ for?
Ambitious young adults aged 19–25 (with flexibility 16–25) who want clarity on their direction in life. It's especially for people who feel stuck on traditional paths, have just graduated and don't know what's next, or want to build something on their own terms with the support of peers and mentors.
Is FreeMindZ free?
The WhatsApp community is free to join. Paid mentorship programs — including a personalised growth plan, a dedicated mentor, and a peer group — launch on 1 July 2026.
How do I apply to join?
Submit the application form on freemindz.life. It takes 2–3 minutes — name, email, country, age, and two short questions about your current situation and biggest challenge. Approved applicants in the 16–25 age range receive a WhatsApp invite link.
What happens after I apply?
Applications are reviewed personally. We confirm the age range, look at your answers, and then send an invite link to the WhatsApp community. The whole process usually takes a few days.
Is FreeMindZ a coaching or therapy service?
Neither. It's a mentorship community. Mentors are people with lived experience in entrepreneurship, sports, creative careers, and unconventional paths — not licensed therapists or certified coaches. If you're dealing with a mental health crisis, please reach out to a qualified professional in your country.
Who runs FreeMindZ?
Philip is the founder. He left home at 16 to chase his childhood dream as a professional tennis player, built businesses on the side, burned out, and rebuilt with a new purpose — guiding others through the questions he had to answer alone.
When do the paid programs launch?
1 July 2026. Members of the free WhatsApp community are notified first and have priority access.
What does the paid program include?
Three core pillars: a personalised growth plan tailored to your situation with monthly check-ins; a dedicated mentor who guides your journey one-on-one; and a group of peers on a similar path who challenge and support you. Members also gain access to trusted partners like HelpBnk by Simon Squibb for additional business and life guidance.
What countries is it for?
FreeMindZ operates globally. The founder is based in Sweden but the community spans multiple countries — currently including Sweden, Norway, Italy, and beyond. Conversations happen primarily in English in the WhatsApp community, though our local landing pages exist in Swedish and Norwegian.
Will my information be kept private?
Yes. Your application data is stored securely in our database and used only to evaluate your fit and onboard you to the community. We don't sell data. We use HubSpot to manage applicant communication — standard SaaS practice with the usual GDPR protections.
Can I join if I'm older than 25?
The target range is 19–25 with some flexibility down to 16. If you're outside that range but feel the mission deeply resonates, send a note via the application form and we'll consider it case by case.
What if I'm not sure what I want — is FreeMindZ the right place?
Yes — that's exactly who this is for. Most members arrive without a clear answer to 'what do I want from life'. The community and the mentorship are designed to help you ask better questions and try smaller steps. You don't need to have it figured out.
Is there a code of conduct in the community?
Yes. Respect, honesty, and confidentiality are non-negotiable. We're a judgement-free space, but that requires everyone to keep it that way. Anyone repeatedly breaking the code is removed.
Can I leave the community after joining?
Of course. You can leave the WhatsApp group any time, no questions asked.
